CAD/REVIT Operator
ALLEGUEZ ARCHITECTURE, INC., a small Miami firm, is currently seeking a CAD/Revit Operator to join our Production Team. The preferred candidate will be an individual who is experienced in producing Construction Documentation (CD’s) in AutoCAD Architecture and Revit 2020. The candidate will have to have the adequate proficiency to work independently while under moderate supervision of the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Production of technically accurate construction documents, design development drawings, and contract documents using AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Production of drawing documentation including plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and the like.
- Work with architects regarding the review & accuracy of the design, drafting standards and documentation.
- Work within the assigned deadlines and milestones.
- Adhere to the existing company file management structure to coordinate and maintain project files including correspondence, drawings, and other relevant materials associated with projects.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years’ experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Technical proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with a moderate level of supervision
- Must be self-motivated, have leadership skills, teamwork ability and a solid work ethic.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture greatly preferred.
- Degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design preferred.
- Must speak English.

Salary:
- Shall be commensurate to experience.
